Favourite Chocolate Biscuit

  • 115g/1/4lb margarine
  • 1 heaped tablespoon sugar
  • 2 heaped tablespoon syrup

Melt above ingredients in a saucepan.

  • 225g/1/2lb digestive biscuits (broken down with a rolling pin)
  • 2 tablespoons drinking chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons dried milk

Mix melted ingredients with the dry ones and place in a greased baking tray. When set, cover with melted chocolate.
